Transfer Partnerships

Cultivamos Excelencia Programs

The Cultivamos Excelencia programs motivate and retain Latinx and other high-need students currently at surrounding community colleges to complete their bachelor’s degrees at UC Santa Cruz. Our current partnership institution for this project is San Jose City College and there are plans to expand.

SEMILLA Programs 

Our SEMILLA (Science Education & Mentorship In Latino Lives in Academia) programs are currently being developed for the 2017-2018 academic year. Our team is creating a suite of services and resources to better meet challenges students uniquely face as STEM majors.
