GANAS Career Internship Program

The Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Initiatives, Career Success, and Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP) are all excited to launch the new recruitment cycle for the GANAS Career Internship Program!

The GANAS Career Internship Program is part of a new HSI grant initiative that places underrepresented, low-income, and/or Latinx/e/a/o students in paid internships situated in one of the six high-demand fields of Accounting/Finance, Agriculture, Bio-tech, Education/Teaching, Health, and STEM. Students will work in their internships for the 2022-2023 academic year and receive a $5,400 scholarship for their participation. Additionally, GANAS interns will receive free career readiness and financial literacy coaching during their program participation! 

To be eligible for the GANAS Career Internship Program students must:

  • Be a rising sophomore, junior, senior, or incoming transfer student for the 2022-2023 academic year
  • Be from an underrepresented group, low-income, AND/OR Latinx/e/a/o
  • Provide employment authorization documentation (EAD)
  • Be in good academic standing and student conduct

Internship positions are limited! Applications are reviewed and positions will be filled on a rolling basis.

The deadline to apply is Friday, August 12th.
