GANAS Career Internship Program

The GANAS Career Internship Program is part of an HSI grant initiative that places underrepresented, low-income, and/or Latinx/e/a/o students in paid internships situated in one of the six high-demand fields of Accounting/Finance, Agriculture, Bio-tech, Education/Teaching, Health, and STEM. Students will work in their internships for the 2023-2024 academic year and receive hourly pay or an equivalent stipend, depending on the internship position. Additionally, GANAS Career interns receive career readiness and financial literacy coaching during their program participation! 

To be eligible for the GANAS Career Internship Program students must:

  • Be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior student for the 2023-2024 academic year
  • Be from an underrepresented group, low-income, AND/OR Latinx/e/a/o
  • Provide employment authorization documentation (EAD)
  • Be in good academic standing and student conduct 

The 2023-2024 GANAS Internship Program Application has closed.

For students that applied:

  • GANAS Career Staff will be checking all applicants’ minimum eligibility beginning May 17.
  • Each internship site will decide which eligible applicants they are interested in interviewing.
  • Internship sites will offer student interviews between May 24-June 21
